Returns and Exchanges
We will refund or exchange items that were sent incorrectly or damaged within 14 days of you receiving the item. The item must be damaged or the incorrect item you ordered. We cannot refund or exchange items that have been custom designed or engraved.
It's at the seller's discretion to refund or exchange items that has not been damaged. While in some cases we will grant refunds in certain orders (not custom orders), the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost for sending the item(s) back and also for the shipping cost the seller paid when sending the item(s).
